HQ is the place to stay when visiting Prestatyn. The rooms are spacious and of very high quality that is repeated throughout the establishment. The bar and restaurant area is impeccably clean open and spacious with a great variety of food on the breakfast menu at very reasonable prices. The decor is bright and well maintained and the staff are polite, professional and very well presented. I have lived in Prestatyn for over two years now and it is a fantastic place to live, with the added bonus of one of the best pubs and eateries in the area being located on the main road into the town. The breakfast I ordered was served in under 5 minutes and was piping hot and delicious. Overall HQ is definitely the place to go for great tapas , breakfasts and ales, most of which are locally brewed and very good. A very nice reception awaits the traveller or the local every time I come here. I look forward to my next visit
We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were really friendly and the room was very clean. It was cleaned/ bed made every day which we really appreciated. Breakfast was really nice with local ingredients. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice relaxed place to stay staff were all lovely and helpful only gripe I would have is the breakfast after half nine is not what you get served if you have breakfast with your room both state full Welsh but it's a very cut down version that's included with the room price with a few items missing
Only stayed one night and it perfectly suited our needs for a bed and breakfast. Location is great for a stroll into the high street which is where a lot of bars/restaurants/Cafes are. The pub itself is nice for a drink and has a great selection of beers, and if you want to watch sports it's got a fair few screens, a nice beer garden as well to the rear and we didn't struggle to park our car at all. It is above a pub, it can get loud at night with customers and music but we fully expected that so it wasn't a suprise, it's a very popular pub after all. Our room was probably the smallest one onsite and did feel a bit cramped at times, but again for one night it very much suited our needs. We had to leave early for parkrun so skipped breakfast but it was offered to us several times and I'm sure would have been lovely. Staff all very friendly indeed.
Had my 60th party in the garden on Saturday.. the food was amazing. Laura and all the Staff so lovely couldn’t do enough for us.so relaxed and so much fun.. Thank u so much Ess and Dom for accommodating us on bank holiday weekend.. loved every minute xxx
We were advised on booking that there was some refurbishment work happening so we could have rebooked, glad we didn't. Slight issue on arrival which the staff sorted quickly and switched our room to one that had been completed. The upgrades are beautiful and well done am sure once completed an application to raise the star rating would be successful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well cooked and fits with value of the stay. We were staying as supporting elderly relatives who live local and appreciated the low cost and locality. Would use again for the same purpose.
